A Christmas Gift.

For a gift with a difference there could be no greater surprise than a promise of a canal break.

I’ve always wanted to do that but never got around to it”

For people who have always fancied a trip on the inland waterways there is no better place to start than the historic waterways that allow Middlewich Narrowboats to offer an unrivalled choice of routes.
Why not get your loved one a voucher to spend on a break aboard one of our superb comfortable holiday boats?
Available to any value, you will receive the voucher in a pack to open on Christmas day. There will also be some information on the boats and routes to read about to get the excitement going, along with the latest issue of Towpath Talk magazine for the up to date waterways news. If you have a specific route in mind you could also include the Pearson’s Route Guide (£9.95) so planning can start as soon as Christmas Dinner and the Queen’s Speech are out of the way.
Have a great Christmas and happy boating!

Questions
“Can I just book a day boat and worry about the date later?”
Yes of course! There is no better way to get the family together for the day, worry about the planning when you can speak to everybody.

“I think my relative would love it but they’ve never driven a boat before.”
Our boats are so simple to skipper, and with our full training package tailored to each individuals needs it couldn’t be simpler.

2014 Middlewich Boat Pull event.
Loads of people have been in touch to offer their thanks for hosting the boat pull.
It was our pleasure.
The honours were taken by Sanbach Tyres who beat last years winners, The White Horse Middlewich, who were unable to match their time of last year to keep the cup in Middlewich.  Middlewich Teams will have to work hard next year to bring the title home.

This is working boat Dory. She's in our historic Dry Dock for survey and blacking.
Dory was laid down in 1934 by Yarwoods and went to work for Fellows, Morton & Clayton.
Our Dry Dock is becoming a real favourite of the Historic Narrow Boat Club . They like the dry, clean, well lit working environment big enough for a 72' boat undercover. They also like the club's 10% discount! http://hnbc.org.uk/
